Mind Your Yoga, Summer Session, a Virtual North Plains Library Program
We will be conducting bi-weekly yoga meetups led by Meena on Tuesdays and Tara on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm via Zoom for the months of June, July and August.
Note this is a change in time from previous sessions.
Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits that are especially helpful now as folks navigate this unprecedented time. Yoga sharpens your mind and improves strength and balance. The deep breathing learned in yoga helps restore equilibrium between the body, mind, and emotions making anxiety and stress easier to manage.
