North Plains Library invites you to join a live on-line estate planning workshop with attorney, Richard B. Schneider, co-author of the book, "A Will is Not Enough in Oregon". Thursday, March 11, 2021 2-3:30 PM

Did you know that more is needed than just having a Will in place? Find out what else should be planned for by attending this program. In this program, you will receive practical advice on how to safeguard your assets and health care wishes during and after your lifetime. You will also acquire up to date knowledge about wills, living trusts, health care documents, issues regarding guardianship, conservatorship and power of attorney. This program also gives information on how to avoid probate and what to do when family complications arise.

Mr. Schneider is a frequent presenter on the topic of estate planning, and has been invited to speak to many libraries, organizations, charities and community centers throughout Oregon and SW Washington.
