Join Alice Phillips, 4-H Youth Development from the Oregon State Extension Service, Washington County, and Mrs. Emily, our Early Literacy Specialist, for an hour of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math).

For more than 100 years, 4-H has assisted youth in acquiring knowledge, developing life skills, and forming attitudes that will enable them to find their "spark" and become self-directing, productive members of society. 4-H is an informal, practical, learn-by-doing educational program for youth.
