Do you need one-on-one assistance with your digital questions? A trusted guide will give you one-on-one help to assist you with devices and digital skills. You are welcome to bring your device or use a library computer.

Slots are 30-40 minutes long. Sign up for your preferred time slot: 3, 3:45, 4:30, or 5:15. Each slot will have a waitlist spot available, in the event of cancellation or no-show. If you sign up for the waitlist, you may be contacted on the day of the event if we have an appointment available. You must be able to arrive within a few minutes of being called.

Once you register a staff member will contact you for additional details. 

The Digital Navigator Program (DNP) is a free service made possible by a partnership between Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) and the Washington County Broadband Action Team.
