Description

Do you need one-on-one assistance with your digital questions? A trusted guide can help you learn about home connectivity, devices, and digital skills. Register for a slot. Bring your device or use a library computer. Registrants will be contacted for more details.

Slots are 30-40 minutes long. Sign up for your preferred time slot: 3, 3:45, 4:30, or 5:15. Each slot will have a waitlist spot available, in the event of cancellation or no-show. If you sign up for the waitlist, you may be contacted on the day of the event if we have an appointment available.

Once you register a staff member will contact you for additional details.

The Digital Navigator Program (DNP) is a free service made possible by a partnership between Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) and the Washington County Broadband Action Team. The DNP is funded in part by American Connections Corps, an AmeriCorps program dedicated to advancing economic prosperity by bridging the digital divide. This project is being supported, in part, by federal award number SLFRP0228 awarded to Washington County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
