Description

Registration required (registration closes 1 day before this event)

Whether we are writers, or living as humans on the earth, we will reach moments of stuckness. Something is blocking us and is wanting our attention. Using images and writing, we can discover what is needing to speak. Satisfying the need to give it voice, we can then return to flow. This event will be facilitated by Diane Karen Born.

About our guest speaker: Trainer, Facilitator, Writer, and Career Coach, Diane has been leading workshops and retreats for 20+ years. Holding sacred space for groups and individuals, she meets you where you are at. It is your North Star that she honors and reflects back as we look to understand, accept, and thread together the patchwork of our lives.

Important information:

This program is a bit different from our usual meetings. There will be writing prompts and journaling plus some quiet reflection with images. We have limited time given by the hour and a half together! We will encourage everyone to share that feels comfortable doing so. We want to offer a sacred and safe place for everyone. We ask for no crosstalk during or after someone shares. We are witnesses to each other’s process and do not want to interfere or redirect it by putting our energy onto theirs.
