Learning public speaking skills early builds confidence, promotes understanding and critical thinking, and can be a foundation for lifelong success – plus it’s fun! This interactive program teaches public speaking and respectful debating. Led by City of Hillsboro Communications Manager Patrick Preston. For youth grades 5^th – 8^th.
