Description

Come and discover Bricks for Better Brains© is a unique program that is based on emerging brain science research of expressive art therapies, and use of non-traditional, innovative mediums. It is designed for older people to unleash their creativity and enhance cognitive strength, encourage curiosity and exploration, deliver new sensorial experiences and nurture positivity. 

This workshop is part of a series of 6 and it is recommended that participants come to all (or most) of the sessions. The full dates are: 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20 and 12/4.

About our presenter and the founder of Bricks for Better Brains: Natalia Kasperovich is a university-educated chemical engineer, community volunteer, educator, and most importantly, a lifelong learner. She recently earned the Associate Degree in Gerontology from Portland Community College. She is a passionate advocate for continuous and self-motivated learning, intergenerational understanding, diversity, and inclusivity.
