Start your morning off right and join us in the Rogers Room on the first Wednesday of every month for a free one-hour intro level class designed to help manage stress and promote well-being through progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness, and deep breathing. Teacher Ruby offers practical tips for identifying stressors in your life, implementing simple coping mechanisms, and cultivating emotional survival skills that focus on humor and creativity. Bring your own pillow and/or mat, wear comfy clothes, and prepare to fully unwind.
This class is open to adults 16 years or older, but registration is required, and enrollment is limited to 20 people.
