A superior author makes for a superior book, and this completion of a partial manuscript by the well-respected author Edith Wharton is so well done that I could not detect a seam between the original Wharton manuscript and the additional materials. Brilliantly evocative of the era that preceded Jullian Fellowe's Downtown Abbey. Anyone who followed that excellent series should enjoy this book.
