Made by some of the people who worked on Parks and Recreation, this silly police spoof is the funniest show currently on TV. Usually even on the best shows there are some characters I like more than others, but this cast has no weak links and the writers give everyone delightful things to do. The big surprise, though, is Andre Braugher. Known for being one of the best dramatic actors of his generation from Homicide: Life on the Streets, it turns out that Braugher's real gift is for comedy as he has literally made me laugh until I cried many times on Brooklyn 99. This show is a pleasure to watch and leaves me in a good mood.

It was fun but not different enough from Season 1.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is peak comedy. It is the funniest show I’ve ever watched and it does not rely on offensive jokes to be funny. It features gay, bi, POC characters that are not disrespected or made the butt of jokes because if those traits. In fact, the captain of the precinct is a gay, black man who is in a loving relationship with his husband and is respected by the other cops. This show also addresses important issues such as police brutality, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and much more. All of the characters are interesting and unique and contribute to the humour of the show in their own way. It is the perfect show to cheer you up as almost all of the episodes end on a happy note. It is also the perfect show to binge watch as each episode is only about 20 minutes long. Overall, I would recommend this show to anyone in need of a good laugh. 5/5

Oh my, this show is so funny. Season 2 explores the personalities of the main characters a little more, especially the side characters like Hitchcock and Scully. This season ties in the necessity of every single character to the plot, and establishes foreshadowing, conflict, and good (mostly) clean humour. It just solidifies my love of the show and the people on it - it’s so, so funny. This is a show where I laugh out loud every episode, and I hope you do too! Enjoy

A great sitcom with dry satire and intelligent humor. It also addresses the odd social issue with a humorous spin.

A very funny and clever sitcom with a delightful ensemble cast led by the likeable Andy Samberg, an SNL Alumnus. It is one of the shows I can watch over and over and still laugh. Great binge friendly fodder.

This comedy is only getting better with age. Brooklyn Nine-Nine handles both intelligent wit and slapstick humor with incredible balance. Have the remote ready, because you're going to be laughing so hard at one joke, you laugh right through the next one... you're going to want to back it up and make sure you don't miss the rest! VINDICATION!!!!!

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is consistently clever and very funny. With his dry humor and delivery, Andre Braugher as Captain Raymond Holt is my favorite part of the excellent ensemble cast. I think it's one of only a couple sitcoms on regular network TV that are worth watching. The other is The Big Bang Theory by the way.

Great cast, but never quite as funny as you want it to be. Has some similarities to "Parks and Recreation" and "The Office" (creator Michael Schur worked on both shows) isn't yet in their league. Still, it's good for a network comedy.
