I love that this book has grocery lists and day by day what you are to eat for the 28 days. Would love to put it in my books I keep at home.

If you ever wanted a step by step, everything in order, vegan plan this one is it. Beautifully written, a true delight in every way. This book has been very well thought out; I had to buy this one! Truly amazing.
